Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label or at your own expense.

 

3. Exchange Process

 

Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

Follow the return process mentioned above and indicate that you would like an exchange.

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

 

4. Refund Process

 

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price of the item.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 1-5 Days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

6. Refund Exceptions

 

Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria (as mentioned above) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping costs (except in cases where we are responsible) and any taxes/duties incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

 

8. Lost Packages
